How it works?

• The Dedicated resource model encourages the client to stay with us for the long term allowing both, the client & us to build long term relationships with our clients and grow with them. We are not interested in short term solutions.

• We take responsibility for all the logistical & bureaucratic hurdles, allowing you to focus on the development & training of your newly recruited, dedicated resources.

• Once you decide to join STEPRON Technologies, we assist you in hiring resources for your teams, with your guidelines & requirements. We will provide you with a shortlist. Further to which we will both conduct the final interviews to make sure the chosen candidates meet your expectations.

• The candidates then undergo a specific training period by you, under supervision & guidance from our management team. Once the candidate is trained up, they work solely for you & your team. This also gives you the responsibility to ensure that these resources are fully occupied and utilized.

• In the event that workloads are lighter than expected, we would be happy to deploy your resources to other departments or entities with your prior approval and on the basis that they are expected to attend to your projects as soon as they come through, irrespective of the status of the jobs they are temporarily deployed on during those weaker workloads.

• Our model is based on 100% transparency; therefore our charging out policy is very straight forward. We charge various levels of margins on our actual costs. These margins are fixed and released to you during your engagement to STEPRON Technologies services. Through this model, you have access to every single bill or expense irrespective of how large or small the expense is.
